“In the booking it said restaurant on site, it did not say Indian restaurant, we do not like Indian food, had to go to another restaurant. The breakfast might as well be call a continental breakfast, it was not that good.”

Staff did not seem to show any corncern when I came to complain. My family and another family staying in the room beside us both asked for refunds and to leave because of the state of the rooms and facility.”

“Clean pool and hot tub. Wide variety of breakfast items. Good value for the price. There was an omelet station, but only the front desk staff to do the cooking. We didn’t know to ask the front desk staff to cook, so we sadly didn’t get an omelet. A sign at the station directing guests to ask the desk staff would have been helpful.”

“I will start positive: The complimentary breakfast is quite good and the staff were very helpful.... but the owners of the property seem unwilling to spend any money on upkeep for this property that used to be the nicest place to stay in Medicine Hat. I see the automatic doors have finally been fixed to enter the building. I believe that took several months if not longer. Our $200 plus taxes room has furniture from the 80's and the carpet is shredded. The ice machines were gone so no way to get...
