Hotell nära Medicine Lake

“Rummet bra och sängarna ok, men personal som inte säger hej och välkommen utan är helt nollställd sänker mitt betyg kraftigt. Lika nollställt vid utcheckning av annan personal. Ingen fråga om hur vistelsen varit eller välkommen tillbaka. Hotell i denna prisklass bör hålla en hög kvalitet, enligt mitt tycke.”

“Mycket bra läge med parkeringshus i direkt anslutning till hotellet. Mycket sköna sängar och rena fräscha rum.”

“Didn’t like the stay”

“My room seemed clean and tidy. My room was lacking in maintenance. Poorly fitting and functioning shower fixtures. Could not get the TV to work. Called the front desk for assistance, staff said they would send someone to my room but no one came. Very disappointed.”

“The staff were great! But the property is in rough shape; walls, furniture, floors, etc. were all in a state of disrepair. The restaurant/bar was open when it should've been and the parking was almost $40 extra. Not to mention the lobby was completely tore yp due to a water leak - which happens, but they didnt offer an apology or discount or even mention the noise would be so loud and disruptive.”

“It was dirty and old, broken toilet and zink. Carpet was spotted of dirt.. Really nice personal though!”

“Nobody was ever around to help us and it was filthy like nobody ever cleaned around there. Blinds were broken tv didn't work,water got all over the floor from the br shower. But the one thing I loved most was I was able to bring my fur babies there.”

“The rooms was not ready by the time I got there. The room is so so smelling so the sheets of the beds. The hotel is smoke free, but both hallway and rooms smell weed and cigarettes. The staffs were shorts and unaware of which rooms were taken and which rooms were available. Some rooms had no air conditioning. Parking were fine and all great. I believe they do not change bed sheets to new one as I see so much dog’s hairs and dirty spot on pillows and bedsheets.”

“El personal es pésimo, no son amables, parece que te estuvieran haciendo un favor al hospedarte, me hospedé por 3 noches y cada día tenía que llevar las llaves a reactivar porque se bloqueaban y el personal se burlaba. La zona es un poco insegura, la gente que se hospeda no es confiable.”

“The first room I was assigned to was filthy, with food on the floor and night stands. The halls had garbage on the floor, the elevator smelled and had sticky dirty floors. The ceiling in my second room had been recently painted, but clearly no drop cloths were used as paint was on the headboard, chairs, and carpets. The lobby was chaos.”

“Great hotel! The front desk staff was just ok. Being from Texas I’m used to really nice people. When I went to check out and ask for a copy of my receipt, the front desk clerk seemed put out. Other than that, all was good.”

“We went here due to an event we had. Staff was super helpful. Breakfast was basic but clean. The lady at the breakfast buffet was amazing at trying to get everything as quickly as possible. Enough parking as well. Rooms were clean except there was a stain on one of the sheets from the pull out couch. Other than that it was great!”

“Bra medelklasshotel med bra frukost. Enda negativa var att frukostrummet var ytterst minimalt med tanke på antal rum.”

“Our room had an entry of linolium and it was sticky. We asked the desk clerk to see if someone could wipe it down for us. She said they clean only every other week.”

“Overall, a very nice hotel. This Courtyard site was attached to a larger Marriott Bonvoy which was convenient. The Kip's Irish pub restaurant was very good. Overall a good hotel, they offer nice breakfasts on the Courtyard side, but they are not free. Only complaint was during a 4-day stay, we put in for a housecleaning midway through the stay and never received it. Had we stayed longer, we would have reconciled that. Disappointed that something got lost in translation.”
