“Dirty pillow on arrival! People talking across rooms at night! Looked like a migration camp! The best thing with the breakfast was the croissants. Everything else was rubbish. The boiled eggs were cold. Location near the university was good and thats it.”

“Far away from food stores etc, it's in an industrial area. Quite worn down neighborhood. Spiderwebs in the bathroom, gum left on one of the lamps by the beds.”

“I had a very pleasant stay of six nights here. The room newly renovated and had all the necessities of a longer stay including a fully equipped kitchenette. The highlight for me was the rain shower with good volume and hot water. The bed mattress was a bit thin and low.The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. Overall good experience and close to metro. ”

“Very friendly/calme/clean.”

“Mycket bra värd, bra med information och service. Mycket bra frukost som levererades till dörren på morgonen. Bra läge nära Midi-stationen då vi skulle på tågutflykter och vidare till Paris med tåg. En liten promenad in till centrum. Kan varmt rekommendera!!”

“Great place!”

“Beautiful boutique hotel in Brussels with excellent service and delicious breakfasts. We can highly recommend a stay at Hotel Chantecler!”

“Trevlig och service inriktad personal. Mycket god frukost med stort utbud.”

“Bra läge till tåget och Cantillon bryggeriet annars ett ruffigt område.”

“Bra läge. Svalt och rent.”

“Bra hotell generellt, enda minuset att det inte fanns så mycket att välja på frukosten.”

“I tried to book a hotel through the app, but it kept glitching and I had to switch back and forth between the app and my browser. When the booking finally went through, I received a check-in email and realized the date was wrong. I contacted both customer care and the reception, but neither would change the booking by one day or offer a refund. As a result, I lost my money because of a faulty booking process. On the bright side, I discovered another place to stay. which I'll be using from now...

“A modern hotel in a nice neighbourhood. A bit small rooms but they were clean and functional. Wonderful views from the window. Will come back.”

“Very good and very nice family room”
