My daughter and I encountered many problems with this unit. To begin with, there was a sign on the counter "do not use the dishwasher, out of order." Instead, we had to wash all our dishes.
Then, when we couldn't get the TV to work, it became apparent that all six units in the building share one Direct TV connection, so if there are too many other people using the TV, you don't get to use yours. There was also one large burner on the stove that didn't work, the dryer was filled with sheets (which we had to empty so we could use it), and the washing machine had wet rags left it, leaving it with a moldy smell. The wifi is slow. And the unit has no typical amenities like shampoo, creme rinse or tissue boxes. There's also no "condo or owner book" with useful information, like where to dispose of the garbage that they ask you to remove when you leave. Last, when you call the guest contact, it immediately rolls to voicemail, which means that you have to wait for him to call you back.
