"Väldigt fint hotell med bra läge precis vid tågstation och nära V&A museum. Vi stannade tre nätter och det var väldigt god frukost och trevlig personal."

"Doublebed is no double, a 140cm bed is a big singlebed Sewer/drain from other rooms notice Breakfast was poor, plastic scrambled eggs, no cheese or ham to bread/buns. Just some glue jam. Horrible coffee Breakfast interior very dirty and greasy/sticky ( look at picture at sofa backrest. Lady at checkout asked about our stay and we told her and she came up with a horrible answer."

"The staff were not service minded at all. We couldn’t make a dinner reservation despite the restaurant not being fully booked. The bill was given to us without us asking for it. The food was awful, it was served within 5 minutes leaving us assuming it was ready made and warmed in the microwave. We ordered two drinks in the bar and was served one half full and the other full. I would have expected the half full to at least have been topped up to a full drink or the bartender should have made a new drink. The hotel itself is stunning and so is the surrounding area so it’s a shame that service and food were so bad. "
