“Great hotel and wonderful staff. This is not a hotel in modern style but more of classic Bali historic decor and setting. The staff is wonderful and the food great. There is some catch up to do with maintenance after the Covid-years but that is expected for all places where there have been lockdowns. Some wear and tear to fix and for example the mattresses at the pool need to be changed. I give all hotels in these places about 12-15 months to catch up.

“We stayed for 11-nights and overall we had a great time. On the first day we had issues with the rain shower (it was only trickling water, the rest of the water holes were blocked) and we communicated it to the staff. Not sure if they fixed it while we were out, but it did improve.
The space is perfect for us (two people) and the bed is super comfy. There are a lot of insects in the night (moths, small flies, etc) but the property provides an electric standing zapper thing so it was not so...
