“Always nice to stay in Ascott. Room was clean and spacious, they gave the best service to accomodate my requests and trying to make sure any small problem is solved immediately. My only problem is that they offer smoking room but you can't open the window / vent, so it gets very smokey at times. There was also a little mishap with their communication with hotels.com where they thought I was supposed to checked out that day, but I have extended my stay from even before I arrived. But it went well...

“Gran Melia is yet one of the best hotel's I've stayed at. Excellent service, comfy rooms and the restaurant buffé offers something for every taste! Well prepared and tasty! The only small complain is that I cannot understand why it has become a trend when hotels are refurbished with bathrooms that are either open or having a big window towards the room. Gran Melia have at least the desency to put a curtain you can pull to get privacy in the bathroom.”

“I recently stayed at the Fairmont and it completely lived up to it's reputation. The Senayan area is perfectly located for shopping and dining. I played golf at the course near by and it was a short walk to the course. Great hotel I will be back for sure. ”

“Beautiful hotel with lots of activities to do around the hotel. I regret only having time to stay one night. I would recommend at least a few nights to a week in order to fully enjoy the facilities and what it has to offer. We were offered a complimentary photoshoot during our stay and the photographs were very well taken and beautiful.”
