“We spent to wonderful nights at this hotel in the heart of BSB. The staff was very helpful and sincerely kind and interested. Every staff member we met greeted us with a big smile and wanted to make sure we had a nice experience of the hotel and of Brunei. The hotel itself is a classic Radisson business hotel with all amenities you could ask for including a nice buffet breakfast. There is a small swimming pool and a gym which we used. “Nice hotel in the "downtown" area of BSB (albeit the downtown area is very small). Friendly and helpful staff. Cafe that serves dinner - I had a great pizza with some local flavor. The breakfast did not offer a whole lot of variation, but was ok.”

“The rooms are quite clean. friendly staffs. They've helped me and gave me useful information. There are a big supermarket, restaurants and coffee café are near the hotel. It's a bit far from the the attractions but it's suitable for the guests who want to stay the quiet place. But it's not a big problem because I used the Dart (the application like Grab or Uber) to go anywhere. It's very convenient. ”

“市街地の出るには、55番のバスのみ。おそらく１時間に２本。（55番のバスが2台しか運航していないと思います）　遊園地が近い。徒歩圏内。　ジムがあったが、使用できない状態だったので、設備には不満の評価をした。このため、外をジョギングすることになってしまったが、エンパイヤホテルの海岸線はジョギングに最適。往復8Kmくらい。”

“古いスタイルの豪華なホテル。プールもいつでも入れて、ショッピングモール直結。朝食もメインは日替わりで入れ替わる。チェックアウト前日は、部屋清掃をスキップされたがタオルは新しいのをくれました。部屋と同じフロアは、毎日イベント（結婚式）を、やっていましたが騒がしくはありません。スタッフの方は皆親切でした。また泊まりたい。”
