When you reserve the upstairs space, you will have exclusive access to the upstairs area, including the second-floor balconies, which are designated solely for upstairs guests. However, please note that the beach deck and the boardwalk to the beach are shared between the two units. Guests renting the upstairs space will not have access to the game room or the patio area directly outside the downstairs sliding doors.
