- The Villa is stocked with all Bathroom and Kitchen essentials to get you started.

HARBOR ISLAND BEACH CLUB / COMMUNITY
A brand new gated/ luxury development in Melbourne Beach, Florida, offering river-facing and ocean-facing vacation villas and condos. It is the ultimate location for riverfront to oceanfront vacationing and offers the finest in coastal living amenities for the entire family! From the time you cross the gates of Harbor Island, you will be welcomed by the tropical landscapes and soft ocean breezes, with wonderful waterfront views in this luxurious riverfront to ocean community. The community offers memorable ocean sunrises and impressive river sunsets.

All club guests will enjoy private beach access and riverfront privileges, including a resort-style swimming pool, shaded community cabanas, restroom and shower facilities, and a private marina. The dock has 42 available boat slips with direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway. NOTE: the community pool area is still under construction and is not yet open.

The Harbor Island Beach Club is located a few miles away from the Sebastian Inlet and Cocoa Beach for world-class surfing spots, offshore fishing, paddle boarding, windsurfing, and more. The community is Golf-Cart and family-friendly, making it a unique and perfect vacation destination.

Please note that parking on the street is not permitted. Signs are posted throughout the community as a reminder. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway or in the designated overflow parking area behind the house. Vehicles parked on the street may be towed at the owner's expense. Please also do not park on any sidewalk. Blocking sidewalks is prohibited by Florida law and may result in enforcement action. We appreciate your cooperation in following these parking rules to help ensure everyone's safety and avoid unnecessary towing or fines.
