Location was wonderful, pool and beach great. If this house sleeps 10, then you need to have 10 forks, need a coffee pot that is more than a 5 cup, need more than 1 kitchen towel. One of the queen beds downstairs...is NOT a queen. No air conditioning or windows to open in kids bedroom upstairs, at least have curtains to cover windows. Need reading lamps, instructions for using the new stove, need instructions on using the TV.

Fantastic family house with beautiful ocean views & lots of supplies. We had several rainy days, but available board games and childrens toys saved the day.Management company is top notch & responded quickly with any minor issue we had.We have stayed at many beach side properties & this is certainly one of the best Highly recommend!

Overall, we really enjoyed this property. It is an older home that has been remodeled, so parts of it are brand-new & other parts are a little more well-loved. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, & the pictures are accurate. We loved the beach access, as well as the large swimming pool. We ran into a few hiccups our first day in which we had to contact the rental management company. They were easy to work w/ & remedied the situation ASAP. We would recommend this place as a hidden gem! Bonus: the listing does not include all of the wildlife you may see during your stay: crabs, dolphins, sharks, a variety of birds, as well as newly hatched sea turtles. Also, there are two turtles that regularly chomp on the lawn around dinner time which was a fun surprise!

The house was gorgeous! Very clean, the pool was the perfect temperature and clean. We were very impressed with this property and would go back every year!We also had a gopher tortoise visit the backyard everyday for lunch.

A great stay for a larger group.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was very clean. Only MINOR things, there wasn’t locks on the bathroom doors, and no door knob inside the master bedroom. We would stay here again.

Location quite, nice neighborhood kinda far from restaurants. Property was good. Needs more small appliances ik nice blender, would of been nice to have at least an 8 cup coffee maker.
