LIVING/DINING:
Steps past the front door, enter a stunning, sun-soaked living and dining space with crisp white floors–facing a large private patio that boasts direct ocean views. Sink into the plush blue couch or surrounding furniture, gather around the modern white dining table, and embrace the wide open views of Melbourne Beach’s calming environs.

It's all about crisp, clean lines and a neutral palette in this pristine, modern chef's kitchen. Equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a generously sized island bar with seating, ample cabinetry, and all the essential cooking utensils, it's a culinary paradise ready to inspire your inner chef.

wonderful accommodations - decor simplistic and elegant and location is great. Accessibility is mostly digital and can be somewhat confusing with codes and different locations. Beach gear access is confusing and not contained within the condo but presumed to be in the storage space in the garage. Will definitely return to enjoy the accommodations and location. Seems management company is overseeing a large inventory for this new property with not a lot of detailed information for each individual unit- opportunity for improvement.
