Charming Cabin with Amazing Views!

We really enjoyed our stay in this cabin. The view was beautiful and the porch was so peaceful! We were able to see wildlife and lots of beautiful birds, butterflies, and even hummingbirds. This is a great place to relax!

Awesome, quiet cabin with a view.

the cabin was relatively easy to find, Michael might want to update the check-in procedure, the key was under the dog in the front, not the back. The wi-fi password on the sheet is incorrect. I finally was able to connect using the little wi-fi box in the window, when pressed it showed a different password and that worked fine.............Now for the good stuff----this cabin really nice, the online photos are totally accurate. I loved sitting on the porch, soooo quiet. I'm a wildlife photographer and got some great photos of Goldfinches, Hummingbirds and flycatcher. BTW, I cleaned and refill the Hummingbird feeder, it was filthy and full of mold....no healthy for the little guys. Thanks Michael for gorgeous place for us to vacation and relax.

The peace we needed

My family and I visited the area to work our funnel cakeFood booth at the Pioneer day festival in Melbourne. We only got to spend a short time at the cabin. However, it was exactly what we needed after working such a busy event! From the minute we walked in it felt like home. The cabin was beautifully furnished with everything we could need for a relaxing stay. Super hot showers, The view from the deck was breathtakingly beautiful both morning and night!! I will definitely visit this cabin again when work isn't my main focus.

Spectacular Views

This cabin is absolutely wonderful. If you are looking for a secluded, cozy cabin with views you won't get tired of, this is your place. We will definitely try to make it back again in hopes that we can enjoy the porch more and maybe see some wildlife (turns out they don't like the drenching rain any more than we do). Our recent trip was during what was called "Generational Storms and Flooding", and while it made it very wet outside, the cabin was nice and dry. We figured there must be a generator as we lost power for a few seconds multiple times during these storms, but everything came back on quickly. We had anticipated we may not want to go back into town as it was a bit of a drive along very steep and winding roads, so we loaded up on some groceries and cooked our dinners and breakfasts in the cabin kitchen. Everything we needed was provided for cooking some basic meals. It was great to have a full-size refrigerator and stove/oven, especially since we could not use the grill outside.We took the opportunity to kick-back, relax and watch some Netflix in this cozy cabin.

Peaceful and per friendly

The cabin is in a remote but easy to access location. We appreciate that the cabin is pet friendly. We enjoyed the fire pit and front porch views. Star gazing is wonderful here.

Such an awesome place! We didn't do nearly as much exploring as we intended because the view from the porch was stunning! Didn't want to leave! Place was exactly as advertised. Private cabin

This cabin was perfect. Everything we needed. Full size washer and dryer a bonus. Beds were comfy. WiFi was decent Views were unbelievable. Porch was awesome to relax on. No neighbors you can see. Only wish it had a screen door so flies wouldn’t get in but that’s part of being at a cabin in the woods. We absolutely loved this place. Would definitely come again. Dave and Renee G
