Our beautiful, recently renovated home sits directly on the gorgeous Eau Gallie River in Melbourne! Just steps from the Eau Gallie art district and downtown Melbourne shopping and nightlife. Less than 10 minutes over the causeway bridge to beautiful Florida beaches. Or take an hour drive to Orlando for all of the attractions! But with the state-of-the-art amenities of our home, including an incredible outdoor space, there's no need to go anywhere!

Each of our gorgeous four bedrooms with en suite full bathrooms are ready for your total relaxation. The spacious living area is set with a pool table, games, and an incredible Sonos sound system and an 82-inch HDTV for entertainment! A huge picture window on the south wall allows you to enjoy watching your family and friends swim in our salt water pool while enjoying the river views. A large upstairs balcony is accessible from both upstairs bedrooms and the common area. It's complete with a large table and chairs for enjoying meals or just drinks with the unbelievable river breeze. A screened-in downstairs deck area is complete with a large dining table and chairs to enjoy evening meals, games, or watching tv outdoors! And with the fastest internet available (400 Mbps), you won't lose touch with the world... unless you want to!

Watch manatee, dolphins, and the diverse fish life from our recently renovated dock with swim ladder, kayaks, and fishing gear for your enjoyment. Bring your own paddle boards or boat! Or just enjoy each evening fishing while the sun sets with rockets launching over the Space Coast. You won't believe your eyes!
