Retreat Home W/ Heated Pool, 10 Min to The Beach

We love to go to the beach but where I live the beaches are so cold then we decide to take a chance to come to Florida to enjoy tropical weather and whenever we have a chance. Florida has long beaches from North to South and from left to right. You can find a lot of fun within short distance drive to nice and warm beach, shopping and stores including parks.
Baby need such as high chair, pack and go, bathtub are upon request. Please let me know if you need them before booking not after.

Back yard of the house next to Florida street you will be expected traffic noise if you be outside.
Street is only on lane for each way.

The POOL is heated run from 11 A.M To 7 P.M without HOT TUB (no request will be accepted of any change pool system)
Maximum heat up to 85 F degree.
Heat pump pool heaters work efficiently as long as the outside temperature remains above the 55-60ºF range
Be aware of pool system is control by app and camera 24/7 by host.
Swim at your own risk (Pool only without Hot Tub) No exceptions

Great Vacation Home

The house is lovely and as described. The host is quick to respond to questions and communicates expectations thoroughly. Beds were comfortable. Couch not so much. There are plenty of places to charge your phones/tablets. Kitchen supplies with everything you need. We enjoyed our stay at this home.

Great for kids road noice can be a problem

The home was very clean and is great for kids. Pool is nice but to be clear THE HOT TUB IS NOT HOT/OPERABLE. The road noise behind the home (by the pool) can be excessive at times. We were unable to take showers back to back because the hot water would run out. Ice maker on freezer did not work owner stated that would be looked at after our stay. Home is monitored by a doorbell camera and a security camera in the front.

Perfect Home For A Relaxing Vacation

The home is very well represented on the listing. Spacious, clean, and comfortable, for a group of 4-5. The pool and hot tub are just right. The bathrooms and kitchen are well appointed, although a blender would he a good addition 😉. Proximity to the beach or lots of great dining options is only a short drive. Overall a great spot for taking a few days to get away.

Absolutely stunning

We stayed here as the first stop on our honeymoon. This home is so beautiful and comfortable, we cut out some of our plans in order to stay in and enjoy it. Every inch of the home was sparkling clean. Every furnishing was comfy and inviting. Every decorative touch added beauty and class, while not taking away from the inviting aura the home has. Everywhere you look there was something that added comfort or convenience. Large tv had amazing picture quality, pool was sparkling clear, i just cant say enough about how amazing this home is. Our host Angela was quick to respond, freindly, and helpful. Very pleasant to deal with. The only negative was the spa whirlpool was not operational, although listed under the amenities in the ad, and we did not find out until the day before. However, the overal positive experience FAR outweighed our disappointment in that. Highly, highly recommend this home.
