Detta stora hem är bekvämt för allt Melbourne har att erbjuda. Mindre än en mil från F. I.T. och historiska Downtown Melbourne Shopping and Dining District. Två mil från Melbourne International Airport. Lätt, 4 mil kör till stranden. Huset är i delad nivå, vilket ger gästerna gott om armbågens utrymme. Den har Old Florida Architecture, men ändå har uppdaterats inuti. Det finns fem sovrum. Tre och ett halvt bad. Det finns en vedeldad spis och en stor inhägnad trädgård. Denna del av gatan är medvetet olagd för att hålla den genomgående trafiken till ett minimum. En härlig parklekplats och Crane Creek ligger två kvarter från huset. Sovrummet har en king size-säng och privat badrum. Ett extra rum i motsatt rum i huset har också ett eget privat badrum - perfekt om du reser med din tonåring och behöver plats. Sovrum nummer tre har en drottning säng; sovrum nummer fyra har matchande tvillingar. Close to beach

The house was very clean and much bigger than we expected. Plenty of room for two families of four. Very comfy couch and the king bed was excellent. Everyone seemed to sleep well. Some noise from traffic but not enough to keep anyone up or interfere with sleep. Easy 10 minute drive to the beach.

Family gathering

Our family traveled from 3 different states to gather together for my mother’s Celebration of Life. The Greenway home was perfect for our family of 8 that stayed in the home, with other family joining us for meals and the service preparations, we had 16 in the home with plenty of room, seating, kitchen prep space and bathrooms. Many was awesome to work with and was in touch to ensure we had everything we might need. We will definitely stay here again, when a family gathering is happening.

This was our second time staying at this spacious home.

This home was the perfect space for me and my staff while in town for business. Mandy was an amazing host who was so kind and thoughtful. There were lots of notes and goodies welcoming us which made us feel right at home. This was our second time booking this house, and I would book again in a heartbeat. Mandy paid attention to every detail, and the house was stocked with everything we needed...and then some! Thank you again for everything you did to make our stay fabulous!

Cozy Home

The house is so cozy, it reminded me of my childhood home. Its nicely updated and the beds are comfortable. Its stocked with everything you need, even beach chairs. Only spoke to Mandy for a brief moment but she was super nice. We would definitely stay here again.

We really only stayed to sleep but with a full kitchen you could make meals and eat here , or enjoy some time in the large living room with comfy couch and TV. It was spacious and clean , and beds were comfortable, and shower had plenty of hot water with good pressure.

Great family stay

Five adult family members enjoyed the spacious Greenway house. Nice location for walks to town or the FIT campus. Easy access to I95. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals during our 3 week stay. Beds were all comfortable and wifi was good for remote working . There are nice private patio areas but we had cool weather in January so did not use it much. The showers were all step in and had plenty of hot water. We appreciated Mandy’s great communication and warm welcome. She also recommended good restaurants Skewers and Coconut Cafe which we enjoyed. Many extras such as soaps, dishwasher pods, sponge and shampoo made it very nice.

Perfect location for the holiday!

We rented this property over the Christmas holiday. It was a perfect location for our extended family: nice large family room and kitchen, and bedrooms and bathrooms allowed for privacy. Kitchen was stocked with essentials, and grocery stores were just a few minutes away. Communication with the host was superb, with timely emails (proactive and responsive), and we appreciated her attention to detail. Everything was perfect! Highly recommend this home!

Great for big families!

The size was perfect for our party of 6 and the layout allowed us to put the kids to sleep with no worry of waking them up if the adults stayed up late or had company. The location is in a nice neighborhood close to the old downtown area of Melbourne, and it’s a short 5-10 minute drive to the beach. Highly recommended! Bonus points for the mango tree out back with fresh fruit for the picking!

Beautiful, comfortable house!

This house was perfect for us! There were 6 ladies celebrating a 65th birthday. Very nice neighborhood and plenty of parking. I had lots of questions for Mandy regarding the house and the Melbourne area. She kindly took the time to suggest restaurants and things to do. Loved the location being so close to downtown. We went to an Escape Room and it was so much fun! We only stayed for 2 nights and wish we could have stayed longer! I highly recommend this lovely, clean and comfortable house! Thank you, Mandy!!!

In the Time of Need

Needed a place to stay for the loss of my sister. House was clean there were snacks when we arrived which was great because due to our timeline we were pressed for time. Loved the information folder, very helpful. Only concern was the floor boards on the stair landing. Very weak.

Amazing Owners and Large Home

The owners were amazing from beginning to end and very accomodating. Great family time and only 4 minutes away from Downtown Melbourne with great restaurant options. You can fit your whole family and all the necessities and welcoming snacks and fruit werr included by the owners, even a nice bottlr of wine. A must stay.

Super cool mix of 1957 and 2022!

Love this house- It is in the perfect neighborhood, large quiet lot near causeway to the barrier island:) It has 5 lovely bedrooms and a large beautiful new kitchen! Open living room with fabulous TV for viewing your vacation pictures, Awesome stone fireplace den, also open. There were 6 of us, including a handicapped gramma. Owner was helpful in letting us mail the things we needed, and communicated every time we needed her! If you are a family that likes to do stuff together, and eat out, and come home to comfort, this is a sweeeet choice! No pool, but huge yard and super cool sunken patio. All the beds were comfy! The pillows high quality and a mix of soft- firm:) The bedrooms well appointed remodeled beautifully with nice colors and fabrics etc! The washer/dryer set is really great! AC works well! Furniture is completely comfortable! It is a great gathering place.. This kitchen while BEAUTIFUL, is minimally Stocked for vacationers, and not elaborate dinners. So plan accordingly, if you plan to make anything in very large amounts . I would hope to stay here again!
