A gateway on the ground floor provides access to the apartment building, on the second floor of which is the Appartamento Stella Maris, reached by stairs.
The entrance is into a large living room furnished with a sofa, dining room and TV. From here you exit to the beautiful balcony overlooking the sea, the small square and the ancient tower symbol of the resort, furnished for lunch and dinner, relaxing outdoors with breathtaking views.
Next to the living room is the kitchenette, connected to a skylight used as a laundry room, equipped with a washing machine and wash basin.
An air-conditioned hallway leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom with 2 single beds, and 1 full bathroom with shower.
Both rooms are equipped with mosquito nets.

Appartamento Stella Maris is in a prime location in the heart of Torre dell`Orso, beautiful marina of Melendugno.
It is located right in front of the beautiful Baia dell`Orsetta, a sandy beach with pine forest and the legendary Due Sorelle just ahead.
All the main services are at hand, the apartment is in fact located in the central area of clubs and promenade.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1  - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare ).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
