La Casa di Mirtilla is a vacation home with garden and large outdoor spaces, for vacation rental in Torre dell`Orso, marina of Melendugno.
Accessories of the house are air conditioning in the living room and in both bedrooms, washing machine and dryer, electric oven, iron and ironing board, 3 smart TVs with wi-fi internet connection, mosquito nets, and a garden equipped with outdoor shower, washhouse and barbecue.
The 6-bed cottage is located on a private road accessible by a barrier for transit. Present indoor parking space. Pets allowed.

The vacation cottage has a large paved garden for exclusive use furnished with hammock, table and chairs, barbecue for outdoor grilling, washhouse and outdoor shower to refresh when returning from the nearby beaches.
La Casa di Mirtilla is on two levels. Entrance on the ground floor is into the living room furnished with open kitchen, 1 double sofa bed, smart TV, table and chairs. The living room is air-conditioned. On the first floor there is also 1 bathroom with washing machine and dryer.
An internal staircase leads to the second floor. A hallway allows exit to the balcony with garden view. The hallway leads to the 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, both air-conditioned, and to 1 full shower room.
There is a safe in the master bedroom.

La Casa di Mirtilla is located in Torre dell`Orso, not far from the center and a few minutes` walk from the sea.
Torre dell`Orso is one of the most beautiful seaside vacation destinations in Salento, on the Adriatic Sea, along the coast of Melendugno, which has won many awards for its sea and excellent services.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1  - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare ).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The bathroom on the groud floor is a service bathroom.
