The house is completed by a built-in barbecue, an external shower, very convenient when returning from the sea.

Surroundings: Villa Marechiaro is very close to the center of San Foca, near the beach and the tourist port. The location is strategic because it allows you to reach the centre, the seafront, the shopping streets and all services in a few minutes on foot. The closest beach is Lido Li Marangi less than 100 meters away.
San Foca is one of the liveliest marinas in Melendugno. From San Foca you can easily reach other renowned destinations for beach holidays in Salento, such as Torre dell`Orso, Roca and Torre Sant`Andrea.
