Terrazza dei Briganti is a centrally located vacation rental apartment in San Foca, in a prime location just a few meters from the waterfront and beaches.
The vacation home, in addition to the beautiful terrace equipped with outdoor shower, is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet, electric oven, induction hob, outdoor shower, hair dryer, TV, iron and ironing board.

The house is located on the second floor of a small building. Access is independent, with a door on the ground floor, paved patio and stairs leading to the upper floor.
The
vacation home is newly built, modern and cozy with a large panoramic
terrace and sea view, overlooking the waterfront of San Foca.
The terrace,
partly covered with a pergola, is furnished with table and chairs for
outdoor dining, outdoor shower, comfortable sofas and outdoor sitting
area with breathtaking views.
Terrazza dei Briganti is a modern, new, well-finished and simply and cozily furnished house.
The living area consists of a nicely furnished living room with a double sofa bed and TV, connected to the livable, air-conditioned kitchen , equipped with induction cooktop and made bright by the large window leading to the terrace.
The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 triple bedroom
with 1 bunk bed + 1 rollaway bed. Both rooms overlook a small balcony.
The apartment is completed by 2 shower rooms, one on the floor and
another located halfway up the stairs.
Air conditioning is present in the kitchen and living room.

Terrazza dei Briganti is located in a prime location in the heart of
San Foca, beautiful marina of Melendugno, 20 meters from the seafront
and its beautiful sandy beaches.
The nearest lido is L`isola dei
Briganti from which it takes its name. All the main services are at hand
being a very central location.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1  - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare ).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The bathroom on the 1st floor has a window facing the kitchen.
- Air conditioning in the living room and in the kitchen.
