Ureshii holiday home is a two-room apartment on the ground floor, inside a three-family house, 600 meters from the so-called "li Marangi" sandy beach and the first equipped bathing establishment in the town of San Foca.

The holiday home, which allows the accommodation of 5 guests, is air conditioned thanks to the presence of an air conditioner positioned in the dining room which cools the entire house and is equipped with mosquito nets.

The accommodation is equipped with a washing machine and fridge and is composed of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and two single bunk beds, a bathroom with shower and bidet.

The house also boasts a small furnished outdoor space and a parking space in an area that is shared with another accommodation, which can also be rented for summer holidays.
