Three-room holiday home for rent located in Torre dell’Orso and located on the ground floor. The house is located on the ground floor with a courtyard and parking space at the front and an open space at the back with shaded areas thanks to the protection of a large resealable awning.

The house can accommodate up to six people, and consists of two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, in both cases with wrought iron beds and new furniture, a living room with sofa bed and dining area, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower.

The house boasts a washing machine, split for air conditioning and a flat-screen TV.


The sandy beaches are 1400 meters away, in the vicinity there are several villages and residences with swimming pool, which can be accessed for a fee. The coast is sandy, with white and very fine sand.

In our structure only small / medium-sized pets (no more than 8 kg) are allowed, but, it must be said, with a supplement of 100 euros per stay.
Linen and towels are not included.
The parking space measures 4.30 meters in length and 2.70 meters in width.
