âTerrie at the front desk was by herself due to a staff shake up. She was mostly by herself, was honest about what was going on, was sweet and gracious. The hotel and our room was beautiful and perfectly situation to walk around and see the sights. â
âWe had a great experience at Whispering Winds! The staff was super friendly and the check in process was quick. This is a very cute little roadside motel - the rooms are more like tiny bungalows than a hotel room. Everything was clean and well cared for. The whole place is a little dated but honestly, that really added to the charm for us. One items of concern was the bathroom shower floor didnt have the safety trips on the tub floor making it very slippery I put a towel on floor as to not slip and fall BUT EVERYTHING WAS GREAT OTHERWISEâ

âNot really a "hotel", just a old house converted into a handful of suites, each with bedroom and bathroom. Easy to park, I was texted a key code for the front door and my room door before I arrived. Large room with everything needed for a stay, including a great bathroom and very comfortable bed. Easy walk to all the shops and restaurants downtown. Basic items for provided for breakfast and snacks.â
