“it was a comfortable stay”

“You could not sleep with the noise. An alarm went off in my room. Staff said I could fix it. I would have had to move and climb furniture. I was told no maintenance was on staff. That was before 6, after being up from other noise most of the night.”

“Loved it. I even played one of the three pianos in the parlor -- it was a fine instrument.”

People next to us were checking in (?) at 10 pm (questionable as they were banging at door and looked like using tools to get into room when i went out to check). Said they were trying to get into their room) or were they breaking into room??? Almost 2 hours of what seemed like abusive language, fighting and what sounded like they were...

“The rates were reasonable, the rooms clean. Breakfast was included which you can't always find these days. Breakfast was very acceptable with many choices. Hotel is very convenient off the highway and just a quick drive to Hudson, Ohio with alot of shopping and restaurant choices.”

“I believe the hotel has “dog” rooms that are not well kept, the tub drain was not functioning, the tub had a ring, and the shampoo and soap dispensers were empty, they did come and snake the drain, at 11 pm because they could not move us to another room. They did fix the drain problem, at 11, but the room still had the other issues. This should have been checked as it was clearly a issue before.”

“Had an issue with the tv where the internet stopped working. Within 10 mi utes of notifying them they were on the case and had it fixed within the hour, fantastic service! Staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Room cleaned well every day unless sign was put on door. Coming back to streetsboro and already booked my next stay here.”
