âWe had a warm welcome by the young lady in the reception, but was assigned a room in the basement where we had to go through the laundry machines and a lot of stuff in the hallway. The room was placed so that everyone that walked by could see in and we did not feel safe to leave things in our fridge outside since anyone could walk in. There were bugs and mosquitoes in the room and the water in the shower flooded the bathroom.
We asked if it was possible to get another room, but this was not...

âVi var nöjda med hotellet, de stora fördelarna Ă€r att det ligger precis vid stranden, att man har eget kök och att det Ă€r ganska bra standard. Det negativa Ă€r servicen (ganska fransk och dessutom kan inte alla engelska) och att det Ă€r bĂ„de resort (pool underhĂ„llning och handdukskort för att lĂ„na badhanduk) och camping kĂ€nsla (man ska vika ihop lakan och ta ut soppor etc innan man Ă„ker). Det var lite töntigt att man skulle betala för late checkout och att vi inte kunde checka in innan kl 16 nĂ€r...
âDetta hotell passade bra för nĂ„gra dagar med avkoppling innan en kryssningsresa. VĂ€nlig personal, god och riklig frukost Ă€ven om det blev lite fel ibland. OmrĂ„det var tyst och lugnt med nĂ„gra restauranger pĂ„ promenadavstĂ„nd.â

We asked if it was possible to get another room, but this was not possible on the first night. The next afternoon we got to switch to a room on the first floor that was facing the pool. This room was much better, but yet the kitchen sink was blocked so the water could not go out. There was a huge difference in the service mindset between the two woman manning the reception.
The hotel is located next to the ocean, but unfortunately the hotel villas block the view from both the pool and the restaurant. Also the fence facing the ocean has collapsed and looks quite rough.
In conclusion this hotel does not feel like a four star establishment and has seen better days."
