“Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff was very kind. Not as sound proof as I’d like, but overall a great stay.”

“The bathroom floor was dirty; nothing on the wall to hold the toilet paper; no area for toiletries. Front staff was friendly but not helpful.”

“The room had a water bottle along side of bed from previous guest and there was food on the wall in the kitchenette . The game room was extremely hot. Check-in was easy- staff was pleasant and helpful with anything that was needed. Breakfast smelled good but we didn’t stick around to eat. TVs were very small and had extra Pillows but no pillow cases”

“The good: I enjoyed my room with the jetted bath. I was nice to soak in with all my aches and pains. Went for the fire expo. It was in a good location to get to and from the expo. The Bad: The shower wouldn’t go down so I pulled up the grate and it was all hair. i had to move it because I was already in the shower and all soaped up. The pool was always busy when I was at the hotel so I couldn’t use it (no big deal cause i didnt bring the kiddos). I didn’t like the fact that you had to turn...

“Did not visit bar. We did go in but wasn't our scene. No foul there. The menu at breakfast was ok. However, it felt very much hotel breakfast. ”

“The room was filthy. The floor had not been cleaned there were food spills and dirty spots. The bathroom tub and sink were dirty the toilet seat was stained inside and out. The staff complained about Expedia doing them wrong. I said Expedia does not clean your rooms!! ”
