They arranged a medical rate without my having to request one, moved me downstairs to a king suite so my fiancé, if discharged, wouldn't have far to walk, and then, while I was tending to him in the hospital, had all my luggage set in the new room when I returned at the end of the day. “The room smelled terrible. It looked clean on the surface but smelled filthy. We couldn’t find the smell and had to keep the window open to try to circulate fresh air. The bedding was completely torn beyond repair. The cotton bedspread was frayed from end to end and the cotton inside was falling out. I was thankful I brought my own blanket.
