Loft style unit located on the second floor. Located in the heart of downtown Memphis There is no elevator. The property is next to the Orpheum Theater, and just steps away from some of Memphis’s best bars, restaurants and institutions, including the newly renovated Riverside Drive, Beale Street and the FedEx Forum.

There is a covered parking garage located directly across the street from the main entrance, it’s called the MLGW parking garage daily rates apply. The unit is a loft style but there is a privacy curtain on the bedroom entrance.

I didn’t stay the last day because of the smell in the hallway and the dry blood on the floor unacceptable bed was not comfortable couch wasn’t comfortable made my back hurt trash cans were sitting out in hallways I was love to get a credit for that day thanks

The apt is in a great location for walking. It looks exactly like the posting, clean and simple. The host was responsive to our question. The only downside (not the host’s fault) is that the building itself was not maintained. It needed sweeping and maintenance. There was food and trash on the floor in the hallway. Also, it seems that trash pickup was delayed as trash bags were in the hallway the entire five days we were there. Walking through trash daily was annoying but the apt itself was clean. The host was notified to look into the issue. We did not see nor use the pool.

The Loft was very clean and convenient. The location was great. The host was really nice and responded in a timely manner to any questions I had. We didn't have any problems with the host or Loft. We enjoyed our stay except for whoever was staying above us, sounded like they were stumping across the floor instead of walking across. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

The Apartment itself was satisfactory regarding cleanliness. However, the Apartment Building Hallway was dirty & smelly, and the floor was disrepair. There were leaking garbage bags placed outside tenant doors when I got there and were there for two of the three days of my stay. The stench was terrible and disgusting. Regarding parking, I was force to park in a parking garage every time because street spaces were taking. This cost me an additional $42 the course of the stay along with undisclosed cleaning charge after I secured the reservation.
