Denna stuga är perfekt gångavstånd till Starbucks, Kroger stormarknad, många shopping- och matställen. 5 minuter från allt som Midtown och University of Memphis har att erbjuda .... Brooks Museum, Overton Park, Levitt Shell, Overton Square .... 20+ restauranger, barer, biograf, Ballet Memphis, 2 teatergrupper och levande musik. 15 minuters bilresa till centrumens attraktioner och 20 minuter till Graceland.
Jag är en lokal entreprenör och designer som har renoverat denna stuga till nya höjder, med uppmärksamhet på detaljerna. Allt är nytt. Köket har matlagning i gasområdet och är fullt utrustat med allt du behöver för att laga en minnesvärd måltid. Mysig matsal har plats för fyra och fungerar också som en bekväm arbetsstation.
Det ena sovrummet har en drottningssäng och lyxiga sängkläder och sängkläder. 2 HDTV med kabel, Netflix och WiFi tillhandahålls till mina gäster. Inkluderar användningen av en bilparkering bara några steg från inresan. Mitt mål i valet av finish och möbler var att ge bättre än ett 5-stjärnigt hotell kvalitet jag vet om jag uppnådde mitt mål !! Om jag missade något, låt mig veta och det kommer att tillhandahållas.

Loved this cozy one bedroom space. House seems to be split into 2-3 apartments. Would recommend a light on the front porch and a number on the apartment door as when you come in you have three unmarked doors to choose from. Loved the old wood floors and Roku TVs were great. Well equipped kitchen and washer/dryer! Close to everything and walkable to Kroger. Felt safe and neighborhood was quiet. Will totally stay again when in Memphis.

Spacious coziness

Convenient East Memphis Location

Everything about this apartment was great! Close enough to a major street making access to all the neighborhood has to offer, but deep enough on the side street so traffic noise was never an issue. The apartment is ample enough for two people and it has everything you need to have a very pleasant sray.

Great stay in Memphis

We had a great time visiting Memphis. This property is very comfortable and it was easy to navigate around Memphis from there. We really liked that we could walk to restaurants and a grocery store. Ben is very helpful and quick to respond to questions.

Short Memphis Trip

Very good place for our short trip to Memphis. We had access to a garage which was much appreciated. The unit was a bit worn but overall clean and all that we needed. It was very close to business area with restaurants that could be walked to. We had a pleasant stay.

Check in/out process was easy. Nice and quiet neighborhood. 8 mins to the Memphis zoo and Botanical Garden. 15 minutes to Beale Street and 20 to Graceland. A beer garden within walking distance. Lots of restaurants nearby. Great location and reasonably priced. Comfy bed and plenty of towels and extra linens.

Rest & Relaxation

I wanted a vacay after my birthday vacay where I could have time to myself to refocus. This charming cottage was as advertised. The only concern I had was a window pane was missing from the door, but it had a temporary fix. The only downside was I couldn’t have my shih tzu visit. But I understood the hosts reason. Overall I got exactly what I needed. Rest and relaxation. I would definitely rebook this cottage in the future. I enjoyed this neighborhood and space so much I’m considering relocating. I had an AMAZING experience. I will definitely return.

great location

This location was very convenient for all that we wanted to see and do in Memphis. It was quite roomy. The living room furniture and bed were very comfortable. The kitchen was adequately supplied. However, we were most disappointed when we arrived to see a piece of plywood covering a missing pane of glass in the exterior door. Further, there were multiple spots of peeling paint in the bathroom, and the toilet was not properly secured to the floor. While every place has some oops and requires routine maintenance, these shortcomings were more aggravating given that the listing stated recently updated by a contractor.

Great location!

Was a great location on a quiet street, close to everything we wanted to see and do. This is actually a house split into three separate apartments; and people living/staying in other were not very noisy, but when you aren't used to it, it's very noticeable. Still much, much better and cheaper than staying in a hotel. I would stay here if ever in Memphis again.

Clean, Well Stocked, Comfortable Bed

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Green Door. The location was perfect, it's close to Starbucks, Whole Foods, Sprouts, Kroger and the University. Many great restaurants to choose from nearby as well. The garage parking was a plus and something we've never experienced at another VRBO. The unit is well stocked with kitchen items needed to prepare meals including condiments, spices and coffee filters. Large sink, stove, dishwasher and a washer and dryer are also included. The space is very roomy and it was nice to have both a sitting room and dinning table to watch tv and enjoy our breakfast and coffee in the morning. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've experienced in a Vacation Home. Would defiantly stay here again on any future trips to Memphis. Five Stars all around.
