Fint välkomnande! Bra hotell bus till city ,5 minuters trip. Utsikten mot floden var en nerlagd fabrik. Frukosten var tyvärr usel.

This property was not downtown at all and in dodgy area of Memphis,. There seemed to be permanent residents living there and the staff weren't very friendly ,.Also It smeltas if someone had been smoking weed in the room at some point,.

completely isolated od the city. roads around it under construction, no normal taxi will com to drive you (unless for a fortune). In general transportation for those can't or don' want driving is terrible in Memphis. As a tesult Memphis maybe good for driving tourists. 3 star hotels are terribly overpriced!

This is not downtown. We had to use Lyft to get to downtown to Beale Street. Not a 3 minute drive it was 10 minutes, don't try to walk is not safe. We booked this hotel by the description and feel it does not represent an accurate account on how close downtown really is. Not a clean hotel, dirty floors in our room, fitness room was a joke. Disappointed that Expedia lets a hotel give false information on it's description of location and amenties.

the elevator is not working. The shower is old, the temperature is poorly regulated. The lobby smells like grass. I don't recommend staying here. I regretted spending three days here

The going lady when we checked in was unprofessional and rude. When we got to our room the door lock was broke and was told to deal with it. It also states downtown Memphis when I'm reality it's off the expressway and in a industrial area

Floor was so slick dangerous yo walk on it! No towels at check in took an hour to bring ONE towel to the room! Breakfast was a small roll as the yogurt; orange juice & coffee was out! Construction made it difficult to find the hotel however the lack of cleaning; supplies and advertized breakfast that was non existing made this a NO for future stays. Doubt it will happen but should be a full refund!

I never even checked into the hotel! It was dark & i was traveling alone. It kept taking me down streets that looked abandoned & sketchy! I did not feel safe continuing to the address as a result of my surroundings. Of course, I couldn't cancel my reservation, but felt my safety was more important.

Room seemed to be updated recently. Offers wifi, but the only Wifi available when searching with a device is "Super 8", which this hotel is not. Didn't feel comfortable using it. Lots of construction going on in the area. Hot breakfast provided in mornings.

Bad neighborhood - don't stay here.
Only good thing was the bed was soft. The mattress had mold on it, the floors were so dirty my feet were black right after a shower, my family witnessed domestic violence between what appeared to be people living in the hotel, our uber driver admitted to almost not picking us up due to the neighborhood. The ice maker was located on the 5th floor. I did not feel safe going anywhere other than the front desk at this hotel. There was drugs on the sidewalk and in the parking lot. I did not feel safe at all the two days we stayed there.

Checkn in was fast. Not a single towels in the king suite room no 507. Room phone is also not working. Had to go to front desk to request towels but was told by the front desk staff that there's no clean towels available so she offered a different room instead, which is a double room 505 instead of the king suite that we reserved. She also gave us her cell number to call since thevroom phone is not working. We went to the 2nd room but there is no towel there either. We had to go to front desk again to get towels, which she eventually took from the laundry room.

Crap DONT stay here
Ordered a suite room, got a standard room. Got charged for price. Decided to go somewhere else was suppose to get “refunded” the 91.95 ended up being charged double asked about it was basically told “oh well sorry for your loss” still no refund to this day.

The Tv was broken the shower was also broken. The chair flipped when set in and cause me to fall. Sent to the wrong hotel. Lady was rude about it when ask about it. There were peices of plastic from the bed with stars sticking up to be steped on. Very bad location

My car window was smashed, along with three others. This is apparently a common occurrence. With regard to the stay itself, the sheets smelled strongly of body odor and the room was dirty. Great waffles for breakfast though.

Needs lots of work
It was not downtown it was changed over from another hotel. Should not be open until everything is in working order. Elevator out for two days was on the 5th floor. I explained I had knee surgery this year. Offered to help they took two luggage and refuse to get the rest of my things down 5 flights of stairs. Frigerator went out so I could not keep my insulin cold. Had to use my own phone to call for towels instead of there phone. Wi-Fi was out my first few days. Due to construction at night time not safe.

Being honest
Francesco was very nice and pleasant. The african american lady ( no disrespect intended) seem as if she had a little attitude. But was tolerable. The room was very pleasant. Comfortable beds and all. My only issue is housekeeping. Upon arrival there was no clothes in our room. The next day I went to the front desk and ask Francesco f9r towels. He said he "would have housekeeping bring them". After waiting 2.5 hours I went back down to the front desk. Another clerk was there who had just came in duty and gave me 2 bath towels. He said thats all he had and he didn't know the towel situation. Understandable. I thanked him. Left the room Saturday for the day to return to find out housekeeping never brought towels again. Sunday morning I asked the African American lady as I mentioned earlier for towels. Received the same response. Housekeeping will bring them. They never did. So we used the same towels Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Breakfast was ok but no one tended to the area. Patrons had to ask for more milk. Or if items ran out no refilled them. And there's no meat with the hot breakfast. I know the hotel is under construction but certain things such as these can be avoided.

Lobby has a pot smell. Neighborhood was rough, drains were stopped in thw shower, some guest dis not appear to be guest but locals living in a hotel.

They forgot to actually check us into the room we were assigned to, and sent another couple up into our room at 2 am. In Memphis.. Roaches, liquid splatter still all over the walls, and sheets had hair in them when pulled back.
