Fastigheten har en 3 sovrum / ett badrum huvudsaklig bondgård med fullt anpassat kök inklusive hickory trä skåp, blå handfat och kakel golv. Farm bord, soffa och trägolv i vardagsrum. Badrum med dusch / badkar. Alla fönster ser ut mot träden och naturen.

Ytterligare gäststuga ca 400 meter från huvudbyggnaden med två sovrum och halv badrum (ingen dusch eller badkar i pensionat). Vacker gasspis för romantiska kvällar. Gästkvarteren har fullt utrustat kök med graniträknare och kakelgolv och takhöjningar. Alla apparater i ett nytt tillstånd. Bostäder är lantlig stil, pittoreska och ljusa fyllda med lantlig rustik känsla. Klar för dig att koppla av och koppla ur!

Totalt 1 drottning i sovrummet, 1 dubbel i mitt sovrum och en tvilling i 3: e sovrummet i bondgården. Plus vacker dubbel i mästare på pensionat och två matchande tvillingar i pensionatet. 5 sovrum totalt med 7 olika sängar med extra dubbel uppblåsbar säng.

På väg från Highway One är denna plats nära bekvämligheter men som att bo i en privat park.

We booked this 3 bedroom cabin in case additional family members came along, but after staying there, I’m glad it was just the three of us.The good:- Price for the location - easily access the town of Mendocino, Fort Bragg and all the parks and beaches along the Mendocino coast. Definitely cheaper than a room at a nearby Inn.- Access to the property’s trails - wished the map was a little more detailed, but we found our way around. - Directions to the property were clear and “checkin” was a breeze. - It does look like the listingThe meh:- It was not an overly spacious three bedroom. Rooms were small and basic. - The beds were very soft - which some might enjoy, but I personally need a firmer bed to prevent my body from aching. - You can tell that the place had been cleaned, but it didn’t feel clean. For example, there were cobwebs and spiders easily seen in the windows and corners of the rooms. - The towels, though clean, smelled musty.- Furniture was all very old and dated. It felt more like college housing than a cohesive and thoughtful space. - The place is definitely more on the rustic side and could use some updating and TLC to make it feel clean and refreshed.Overall a fine stay for the weekend but not for an extended stay.

This is a perfect place to stay in Mendocino! It's a beautiful property and the house offers everything you could need unless you're looking for a TV. I prefer to read so it's not a problem for me at all. Wifi is available found other options. It's close to beautiful beaches and just enough off the road to have a little privacy without feeling too in the middle of nowhere. This was my second visit and it won't be my last.

Perfect for our intimate wedding!

I can’t rave enough about Peter, the property owner, and the communication between him and our family to coordinate for our intimate wedding. He was flexible and accommodating to our needs. Our wedding guests could not stop talking about the beautiful scenery of our ceremony and reception. The cabins were able to accommodate myself and my husband, as well as our immediate family. Everything was clean and the kitchens are loaded with dishware! We are so honored to have been married among such gorgeous nature. The wildlife was bustling and we spent our first day there hiking and birdwatching. We were even lucky enough to watch the October supermoon! Whether you are having a wedding or just a weekend retreat with family and friends, this is your spot. Hearing the ocean waves in the distance at night was the cherry on top. Thank you Peter & family for making our wedding dreams come true!

Perfect Balance

We are nature lovers - bird watchers. This property is lovely with great trails….tranquil with lots of birds. The house has all you need and very clean. Perfect location for a walk in the woods with your coffee with short drives to beach, shopping,good food and the fantastic redwoods. It was a great trip to escape the heat inland. Owner is honest about the highway noise, but not enough to worry about.

Perfect place to stay

The house had everything we needed for our stay. It was comfortable and clean and the property was incredible. You're out in the woods and there are banana slugs just about everywhere you walk, so watch out! That being said, it's worth it to see all of the beautiful scenery. I'd happily return in the future.

Redwood adventure

This home is a great place to stay if you are wanting to explore the redwoods like us. The property is beautiful and we were able to enjoy several family hikes without having to drive! The house had everything our family needed to make a meal at home. The area was great with so much to see and do! We wish we had more time to see it all!

Everything as advertised

Cabin was spacious and comfortable and location was convenient. We enjoyed the trails on the property and the kids especially enjoyed the games and the abundance of banana slugs. The turn off is hard to see but the directions were very clear and helpful.

Very beautiful place.

We enjoyed our stay here while visiting family. The house is in a private location with small walking paths and a meadow if you just want to sit and relax. It's a good place to unplug and not far from town, the beach, and the sand dunes. We found the price was very reasonable all things considered. We hadn't seen my sister in a long time so we are grateful we found a place near her that we could enjoy.

Lovely rustic retreat

If you want to get away from it all this is a great location. Lots of trails to explore on property. The owner was very helpful when we had to change plans at last minute. I would stay here again.
