“First off, the staff were fine and helpful. My room was on the second floor, no elevator. As I was walking up the stairs, the temperature was noticeably warmer. I asked the front desk person about it and they said they tried to fix it and the AC wasn’t working properly. The room was reasonably clean, but very warm. I had to put the wall unit AC at 65 just to get it to cool down. The room looked outdated and had very little in the way of amenities. In the bathroom, the only thing that looked...

“Beds and pillows are extra soft. Prepare for back pain. For a hotel this size, the pool is tiny.”

“Room smelled so moldy, shower was dirty and lamp shade was stained with who knows what. Breakfast wasn’t ready until 7:15 most guest just left instead of waiting.”

“There is not enough parking for the hotel you may get stuck parking across the street. Breakfast was decent the young lady that checked us in was by herself with a long line waiting to check in (not enough help) kept her composure and was very helpful and polite.”

“Could not get extra towels for showering. Had to wait for desk clerk anytime you went to the front desk.”

“Someone had filled the hot tub in with concrete. The pool was out of service, half empty, Green and had a dead raccoon floating around in it. there was a homeless guy running around the parking lot, but otherwise the staff was very friendly and the property was pretty clean.”

“Staff was friendly. Runs were clean. Breakfast were available and pretty good. No complaints other than the temperature in the second floor hallway. The air-conditioning apparently wasn’t working, but the rooms were good.”

“This is our 4th and final stay at this property. The hotel itself is fine. It's a clean place to stay. The issue, is the partying at the pool. No issue with a good party, but to be drunk with glass bottles and cursing in front of little kids ruined this place for us. When one of the other guests complained, one of the staff members went out and joined the party.”

“All was good I have’s stayed here before very clean an close to a lot of stuff also there’s a Waffle House in the same parking lot.Highly recommend them”

“Do NOT book this hotel online!! They do not honor online reservations! We booked through Hotels.com and when we arrived they said they no longer use Hotels.com and that we had no reservation. They had none of the rooms we had booked. They only take reservations made through that specific hotel. ”
