“I stayed for the TVD weekend con. First, the female at the counter was rude when I tried asking her a question. She left me at the counter and just left. The other male at the counter noticed what she did and shook his head and was nice enough to call me over to him and he helped me. Once we went up to the room, the room did not have enough lighting. One of the outlets weren't working. The ice machine on our floor had no ice. When I tried to call Front Desk to find out what other floor had a...

“The lobby made a great first impression. However the room itself was very simple and did not match the exclusive lobby setting. Nothing wrong with the room itself, but just more "simple" than I had expected. My main feedback: 1. A business hotel today should always have free wi-fi. Having free wi-fi in the lobby only, is outdated. 2. Breakfast - was poor. Not enough choices for an establishment claiming to be a hotel of this standard.”

“Rooms are dated. Water temp only got to lukewarm. Air conditioning was not working properly.”

“Brilliant couldn’t ask for more, so helpful”

“Rymligt och rent rum. Mycket trevlig restaurang med god mat.”

“Rent och trevligt. Bra säng. ”

“Great stay and very nice staff”
