Nos alegra que en general su experiencia haya sido agradable.Respecto al tema que comenta del servicio de reparto de comida a domicilio, queremos comentarle que, por motivos de seguridad, nuestro hotel no permite la entrada de personas que no estén alojadas con nosotros, por lo que el repartidor únicamente puede llegar hasta la recepción. Una vez allí, el propio repartidor o bien nuestros compañeros de recepción, contactan con el cliente para que vaya a recoger su pedido.Hay que tener en cuenta que nuestro establecimiento está formado por 16 bloques de apartamentos y si no lo hacemos de este modo, además de los motivos de seguridad antes mencionados, hay muchas probabilidades de que por diferentes razones la comida no llegue en las condiciones adecuadas.De nuevo, nos gustaría agradecerle su comentario y estancia con nosotros.
