Una estancia increíble…
Nos hemos alojado dos familias en la vivienda y hemos estado como en casa. Es una vivienda, bien situada a 5 km de Mahón y bien comunicada para desplazarte por el resto de la isla. Es amplia, con buen equipamiento y muy cómoda. Se ajusta perfectamente a lo indicado en la descripción. Una piscina en la propia vivienda, que da mucho juego y con un equipo de sonido increíble. Solo un par de sugerencias, como posible mejora de la casa, falta aire acondicionado en los salones, de otra forma es imposible de utilizar, ya que hace bastante calor y uno de los dormitorios (literas), es muy pequeño y oscuro, lo cual es una pena, dado el espacio del resto de la casa. Por lo demás, una estancia de 10. Muy recomendable.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit 2 Familien auf Menorca
Wir waren zu 7 Personen für 15 Tage in dem Haus von Frauke und Bodo und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen in Cala Longa, ca. 15 Autominuten vom Flughafen und rd. 10 Minuten von der schönen Inselhauptstadt Mao entfernt. Wir haben für die Urlaubszeit einen Mietwagen genutzt, um mobil zu sein. Vor dem Haus sind Parkmöglichkeiten auch für mehrere Autos vorhanden. Wie bereits der Hausbeschreibung zu entnehmen ist, ist das Haus sowohl im Hinblick auf das technische Equipment (2 Fernsehgeräte, Apple-TV, Sonos-Anlage mit Boxen im Haus und auf dem Grundstück etc.), als auch im Hinblick auf den Haushalt (Geschirr, Gläser, Kochtöpfe, Pfannen, Haushaltsgeräte wie Toaster, Kapselmaschine, großer Weber-Gasgrill, etc.) ungewöhnlich umfangreich ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts, und die Ausstattung ist für 7 Personen mehr als ausreichend. Alle Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Das Haus verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, welche alle mit eigener Klimaanlage ausgestattet sind, sowie 3 Bäder, die jeweils sehr günstig zu den Schlafzimmern gelegen sind. Da wir zu 2 Familien mit 3 jugendlichen Kindern vor Ort waren, war diese Aufteilung für uns perfekt. Alle Schlafzimmer bieten umfangreiche Möglichkeiten, die Kleidung und Handtücher unterzubringen, Schränke und Kommoden sind zahlreich vorhanden. Bis auf ein Schlafzimmer lassen sich diese bei Bedarf verdunkeln. Das Haus mit seinen 2 Wohnzimmern, dem Wintergarten und dem Esszimmer ist ausgesprochen großzügig und für bis zu 8 Personen mehr als komfortabel. Bei Bedarf bestehen mehrere Rückzugsmöglichkeiten oder Bereiche, in denen auch gearbeitet werden kann. Es sind viele Spiele, Bücher, DVD‘s und Computerspiele (für eine vor Ort vorhandene X-Box) vorhanden, letztere haben wir allerdings nicht genutzt. Nach einer Woche Aufenthalt wurden die Handtücher gewechselt und es wurde gereinigt. Da auch eine Waschmaschine vorhanden ist, kann bei Bedarf gewaschen und im Außenbereich auf einer Wäschespinne aufgehängt werden. Zusätzlich verfügt das Haus sogar über einen Wäschetrockner. Die Internetverbindung des Hauses funktioniert stabil und so zügig, dass Videokonferenzen möglich sind. Das W-LAN ist im Haus und Außenbereich verfügbar, es findet sich immer ein Bereich, in dem die Verbindung bestens ist. Der Außenbereich mit dem Pool (mit Salz-Elektrolyse-Anlage, d.h. kein Chlorwasser) ist ebenfalls großzügig, mit mehreren schattigen Plätzen, Sitzbereichen und Terrassen (nicht einsehbar).

Spacious Villa with great fact
We enjoyed our 2 week holiday in this lovely villa. However we did have some issues which related to the length of time that had elapsed between lettings. The management are great, very helpful and patient. And although all issues didn’t get fully resolved, we did have a great time

thank you Chris for the positive review . unfortunately there are always small problems with electricity , a specific spanish problem. we have long reported to the appropriate authorities but the spanish mills grind slowly however. we are very pleased that despite these minor inconveniences you had a nice time in our house.

Una casa preciosa, con muchas más comodidades de las que te esperas. Es tal como la tendría un propietario caprichoso para su disfrute personal, pero te la alquila. Y el entorno es tranquilo e íntimo, pero junto a Menorca. Nos ha encantado todo.

Hemos disfrutado muchísimo de esta villa. La casa cumple con creces las expectativas. Somos una familia con 5 niños de entre 6 y 17 años. Hemos podido recorrer la isla y al mismo tiempo disfrutado de todas las comodidades que te da la vivienda. Tanto Frauke, el propietario, como Martina la encargada, han estado dispuestos u facilitado todo lo que necesitamos. Ha sido un placer. Volveríamos a repetir sin dudas.

Very comfortable property kept in immaculate condition although this year there were a few 'housekeeping' issues on first arrival. Happily, this we were resolved within the first 24 hours of our stay. A great family villa with lots of space and privacy.

A lovely large villa with very private pool & terrace
This is the second year we have stayed. The villa is large and very well equipped, located for easy access from the road into Cala Llonga. The villa enjoys an elevated position, which affords a high degree of privacy to the pool and terrace area. Effectively you enjoy far reaching views but nobody can see in. Powered sun blinds offer great additional sun shading for the covered patio eating area, which also has a large Webber BBQ The heated salt water pool is a good size, with a shallow end accessed by steps, allowing easy access. The Sonos sound system is a definite plus. There are two lounges and a sun room, which would be very useful in poor/cooler weather. Fortunately we didn’t really need to use them. The villa has a lot of modern additional kitchen equipment, plus two fridges, a washing machine and large tumble dryer (in addition to a rotary line) which allows family life to continue unabated! 11 minutes’ drive to the airport and a bit less into Mahon, with its’ attractive harbour and old town. Both offering a wide choice of restaurants in a very civilised and safe environment. Great communication from the owner who employs a local, helpful management company. As in quite a few properties we have stayed at, the power sometimes trips out when the load becomes high (Aircon/Oven/Hairdryers/iron/washing machine/Pool etc on together) but can be easily reset. Highly recommended and we will return.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille dans cette belle et spacieuse villa. Elle est très bien équipée à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. La climatisation dans les chambres est très appréciable. La vue est magnifique. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas pu profiter pleinement du calme de l'endroit car il y a eu des travaux sur la route devant la maison pendant toute la durée de nos vacances, pas de chance ! Merci pour le professionnalisme de la propriétaire (qui a elle même découvert qu'il y avait des travaux et qui nous a prévenu avant notre arrivée) et pour toutes ses recommandations sur l'ile.

Relaxing family holiday
We are a family of four adults and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The house is very comfortable with all necessities provided and very well maintained. The photographs do not do it justice. This property is in an ideal location providing an excellent base to explore the area.
