The entire house is available for you to use during your stay.

- The only thing we ask you not to use is the washer/dryer. It is a combo unit and is not operated as normal washers and dryers would be.

Our office hours are 9am-5pm CT Monday -Friday.

The house is located within a tiny home community. You will have the chance to see other tiny homes while walking around the neighborhood. We just ask that you are respectful of other homeowner`s privacy.



Most cars can travel the surrounding areas with ease.

EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECKOUT OPTIONS

We are at the mercy of the calendar! The only way to guarantee early check-in is by booking the night before. If you want to take a gamble, you can wait until 24 hours before check-in to see if our schedule allows for it. If a guest is checking out the day of your arrival or if we have scheduled maintenance, early check-in may not be possible.

Late checkout will depend on the number of hours requested and if there is another guest coming that afternoon.
