“The front desk and staff were very friendly, and helpful. We enjoyed the atmosphere in this accommodation.”

“It was fine for a night... but very hot in the room during the heatwave. Fan in the cupboard gave some relief. Only one set of towels for a double, not enough for two people wich unfortunately we didn't realise until the morning. It fitted standard room description well, it was fine for short stay and staff are friendly.”

“Obehagligt varmt på rummet trots tre fläktar. Ingen städning. Inte tillräckligt mycket personal. Restaurangen och baren översållad med ölhävande män så det var svårt att bli serverad. Bra säng men alldeles för höga hårda kuddar. Härligt med badkar, gym och pool. Den personal som fanns var väldigt trevliga men de är inte tillräckligt många så de kämpar i uppförsbacke. Vacker natur. Undvik frukosten! Åk ner till Wickham ’old Tea room’ istället. ”

“Can't give a review as we the taxi driver his sat nav and I could not even find the place, finally got to an address but it was a flat, no reply when we knocked. tried to contact you and place but could not send email for some odd reason. Tried again and again no success. I then had to find another place to stay, thankfully the taxi driver was very helpful, feeling bad for me. Really would think twice about trusting you in future, not a good experience. ...

“Great location and very good price. We stayed after a concert. So literally just slept there. Good that some parking was available too. V basic room but clean & airy. Tea and coffee facilities were good. No towels for bathroom or hand soap so that was abit of a shame. We got a little confused by the digital door key pads but the staff were v helpful and showed us how to use. Comfy beds and somewhere to rest before heading back off. Not the usual guest house or B&B set up but was clean, good...

“Terrible. Not at all as advertised. Front door was unlocked and open on arrival. Room door was open on arrival and unlockable. Room window was damaged and stuck wide-open, completely unclosable. I called the contact number and had no answer and received no call back. I arrived towards midnight at the property and still chose not to stay here.”

“Boiler didn't work so no heating and nit hot water for showers. Rooms are damp and the kitchen is dirty. Keep your stuff in your room or lose it!”
