Fantastisk duplexlägenhet med fantastisk havsutsikt från alla rum och enheter i lägenheten. Det har stora trädgårdsområden och gemensam pool och privat terrass. Det är ett mycket lugnt område, perfekt för familjer.
Lägenheten har 2 dubbelrum, 1 nyrenoverat badrum, kök och vardagsrum. Alla rum har fantastisk havsutsikt.
Lägenheten har Wi-Fi, TV och alla bekvämligheter att njuta av några avkopplande dagar på Menorca
I år har vi renoverat köket och har en integrerad ugn och diskmaskin

Tolle,sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit wunderschönem Blick

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser tollen Wohnung. Der Blick aus jedem der Zimmer ist einfach Erholung pur.Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und hat aus meiner Sicht alles was man braucht.Als Familie kann man hier toll Urlaub machen.Sogar jetzt im Hochsommer war der Pool in keinster Weise überfüllt und alle Anwohner und Gäste waren sehr angenehm. Die Kommunikation mit Marta und Noberto hat bestens funktioniert.Vielen Dank dafür!Wir würden sofort wieder hinfahren!

Super séjour

Joli appartement dans petite résidence à l'architecture typiquement minorquine. Vue incroyable sur la la côte (on ne s'en lasse pas, que ce soit le matin au petit déjeuner, ou au coucher du soleil.) Très beau jardin collectif, parfaitement entretenu. Grande piscine collective avec un petit bassin réservé pour les enfants. La résidence se trouve dans un quartier très calme. Parfait pour se reposer. Il y avait deux parasols en bon état. nous n'avons pas eu à en acheter. L'appartement est bien équipé. le propriétaire a été très réactif dans toutes nos communications et comme il n'était pas là à notre arrivée, il a pris soin de prendre de nos nouvelles par mail. il y a supermarché de taille moyenne mais très pratique à 5 minutes en voiture ou 10/15 à pied avec des restaurants/bars à côté. Climatisation dans la maison et dans la chambre des parents mais pas dans celle des enfants (un ventilateur à minima serait utile). Appartement situé à 20 min de Mon et 50 min de Ciutadella, les deux villes principales de l'ile. De nombreuses plages/criques aux alentours mais il faut une voiture ou bien prendre le bus. La plus proche est la plage de Arena Del castel qui est parfaite pour les familles avec des restaurants et des bars à côté. Nous avons passé à un super séjour dans cet appartement et le recommandons vivement.

Super duplex, magnifique vue

Nous avons séjourné 10 jours dans le duplex de Norberto, en début de saison. Appartement conforme à la description, très bien équipé, avec une superbe vue. Il est au calme (début mai), dans une zone résidentielle mais à proximité de toutes les commodités et loisirs. L'emplacement permet aussi de rayonner sur tous les spots principaux de l'ile sans difficulté. Norberto a su répondre à toutes nos questions avant et pendant notre séjour. Merci à lui

Lovely comfortable apartment with a stunning view and excellent location.

The property was everything we hoped it would be, generally very well equipped. The only improvement would have been more cleaning materials, especially for the kitchen and bathroom. A little more information on local facilities, restaurants, medical etc. would have been useful. Coves Noves is an excellent location giving good access to the whole of the island and the nearby Arenal d'en Castell beach is terrific, great swimming and very safe. The owner emailed us on arrival to check that all was I order and replied quickly to the only query that we had.

Apartment was excellent ,everything very clean and all you needed was there apart from a kettle to make tea ! The pool was great very clean and never busy . The whole area and island was very clean ,the weather was also great and the people lovely every where we went . Loved our week looking forward to going back soon .

Very comfortable apartment with extraordinary view

A really nice and comfortable apartment , the living room is huge and the view is extraordinary. The interior is modern and in very good condition. The perfect place to stay while you are in Menorca (even when you have bad luck with the weather as we had). You can reach most of the beautiful beaches in the south or north within 25-30 minutes, Mahon is 20min away – and you find a small supermarket with all you need within 500m. Read Pierres long review – we can agree 100% with every word he wrote there. We'll be back!

Relax and enjoy the view in this very beautiful flat.

My partner and me (both about sixty) were 16 days in this wonderful flat at the end of may, and we could have stayed much more... The view from overall is so great, particulary from the terrasse or the balcony upstairs (180° Panorama), that you get difficulty to move to discover other places, but as we already knew this beautiful island, we spent much more time as usual really relaxing on the terrasse or in the empty swimming-pool. 2 Bedrooms and the bathroom upstairs, a large living-room and an opened kitchen downstairs with the panoramic view through the terrasse, really amazing. The residence is almost the highest on the hill of Coves Noves, so you have nobody above, and you are above the other beautiful houses up to the villages of Addaia and Na Macaret and of course the sea. Another nice point is that you are 10 to 15 minutes away by foot from the very beautiful bay and beach of Arenal d'en Castell. If you need it, you have there touristic life, many good bars and restaurants with terrific view and supermarkets. Coves Noves is a quite residential village, with only a very big hotel/residence "Marina Parc" with a big water-parc, but fortunately relatively far away (500 m.), close to Arenal d'en Castell. We heard sometimes party music from there, but it was not very disturbing. All in one, perfect for us.

A nice spacious apartment with a fantastic view.

We had a lovely 10 day holiday in Noberto's apartment, the balcony faces east with great views of the morning sunrise, and we spent most evenings relaxing under the stars, situated in a quiet area it was great for our requirements. The directions and instructions supplied were easy to follow and we arrived without a problem, we never met Noberto but he was very helpful with lots of contact regarding our stay, we would recommend it to our friends. Our first time in Menorca, we hired a car and explored the island and would love to return. Kind regards Eric and Pauline

Apartamento cómodo y práctico con unas vistas excelentes

Pasamos en este apartamento 9 días. El tamaño y la distribución son ideales para 2 adultos y dos niños pequeños. La localización es muy buena, en una zona tranquila. Está bien comunicado, próximo a Maho y a las playas del norte, y tiene servicios adecuados a pocos minutos en coche. Lo más espectacular del apartamento son la terraza y las vistas, fantásticas. Lo recomendaría sin dudarlo a un amigo.

Preciosa casita con piscina

Hemos estado una semana en esta casita i ha sido genial. La casa está perfecta para una familia de 4, la piscina está al lado mismo, la terraza es espectacular y los propietarios son muy cordiales. Menorca es un sitio imprescindible para visitar, sobretodo alcaufar i Na macareta.

Such a peaceful place with a wonderful view

We loved it here. The apartment was immaculately clean with everything in good working order. Efficient air con & wifi. Absolutely loved the terrace & the view & spent a lot of time out there! So tranquil. The pool was immaculately kept & a good size. Very quiet too, I was often the only one down there. A car is essential but we knew that before we went & really enjoyed getting out & exploring the island. First time in Menorca but it won't be the last. Such a pretty, clean, neat & tidy island with really good roads & easy to find your way around. If you're after a relaxing, peaceful holiday then I would definitely recommend this place. Great communication from the owners too, very efficient. Many thanks Norberto & Marta.

Great place for a peaceful stay

We really enjoyed our stay in Coves Noves. The apartament was exactly like in the pictures with incredibile view for morning breakfast at the taras. The swimming pool was extremely clean and it was great to enjoy some sun relaxing on the sun beds provided in the apartament. The kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. An ideal place for a couple and a Family with small children. Marta and Norberto were professional and helpful at all times - thank you! :-) The beach near by in Arenal d'en Castell was clean and enjoyable if you did not want to travel too far. The area is very quiet at least during May/June when we were there.

Die Wohnung liegt verkehrsgünstig (Mahon in ca. 20 min erreichbar) und in einem recht ruhigen Wohngebiet. Vom nebenan gelegenen Hotel schallt abends oft Musik und Animationslärm herüber, was aber meist nicht sonderlich stört. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet, ein Backofen fehlt, was aber durch eine Mikrowelle wettgemacht wird. Die Aussicht über die Bucht ist wunderbar und wie im Inserat beschrieben ein Highlight! Unser Vermieter bemühte sich bei einem Problem direkt um die Lösung und war hilfsbereit. Besonders empfehlenswert sind im Frühsommer die Wanderungen auf dem Cami de Cavalls und die schönen Strände in der näheren Umgebung. Menorca ist jederzeit wieder eine Reise wert!

preciosas vistas al mar

Hemos estado la última semana de marzo y hemos disfrutado mucho de la isla y desde luego del apartamento. El apartamento es muy cuco, muy bien cuidado y las vistas son preciosas, en cualquier momento del día, con cualquier tiempo! La calefacción funcionando muy bien, no hemos pasado frío en ningún momento. Y la atención de Norberto inmejorable. ¡Gracias! Volveremos, sobre todo para disfrutar de esta época del año ahí.
