Villa Tamyan by Villa Plus

Villa Tamyan is a spacious 3 bedroom villa located on the north coast in the resort of Son Parc. There is a stunning sandy beach backed by sand dunes within 15 minutes’ walk of the villa. You’ll also find a small selection of restaurants nearby. The resort is home to the islands only golf course, ideal for golf lovers. The villa is pleasantly decorated and offers a comfortable accommodation with beautiful well maintained garden. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.               

Beach lovers will only be a 15 minutes’ walk from one of the best beaches on the island. The stunning sandy beach, with crystal clear water, is backed by sand dunes and a beach bar at either end. If you like walking, there is a coastal path across the headland to reach the beautiful horseshoe shaped bay of Arenal den Castell, taking 30 minutes on foot or a 10 minutes’ drive. You can dine at one of the local fish restaurants or tapas bars set on the harbour in Fornells, a 10 minutes’ drive in the opposite direction. Back in the resort you will find a few restaurants and a mini market for daily essentials. Larger supermarkets are located at the nearest inland town of Alaior, a 15 minute drive from the villa. Son Parc is also home to the islands only golf course and driving range for those keen golfers.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
