“There is no staff on-site. Check-in and property access is via text and a code box. The code did not work for me, even with multiple attempts and variations. Once in the room, a key fob will let you get into the building with no problem. This property is a maze of short corridors and fire doors. “The room and lobby and hotel facilities were very clean since it looks like a newer complex. I just had to clean and then spray lysol on the filters for the A/C ventilation system. The only complaint I had was the drain in the bathroom to wash your hands seemed a little backed up as the water was going down very slowly. “Our first room had a puddle from a leaking sink. The staff were kind and quickly gave us a different room. The rooms are run down and not especially clean. They were fine. The pool was probably the worst part - very murky with obvious debris and hair. I would not use the pool in this state. The complimentary breakfast was ok, the area for breakfast was rather clean and kept up. Overall just disappointed in the hotel, the lobby is nice but does not extend to the rooms.
