  • Adirondack style Winnipesaukee Waterfront home. Southwest exposure with sun all day, scenic views of the lake and mountains and breathtaking sunsets in the evenings.

    Private 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, open concept style home. Cathedral ceilings, living, kitchen, and dining area all on the main level. This level also features a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a bathroom with a shower. Comfortable leather seating that surrounds the classic stone gas fireplace. Seating for 8 at the dining table, with additional seating at the breakfast bar in the kitchen. Enjoy the majestic views of the lake through the large, picturesque windows.

    3-Season porch is also off the main living area for a little extra peace and quiet. Take advantage of the beautiful summer evenings outside while grilling for the group. Afterwards you and your guests can feast on the large outdoor furnished deck.

    The primary suite offers a king-sized bed, lounge chair and bathroom with shower. The lower level also features 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. A spacious living area for gathering, plenty of seating and a large-screen TV.

    Meticulously landscaped waterfront lot with a path through the expansive backyard. Relax with an afternoon nap on the hammock and in the evenings, gather around the 6-seat fire pit while enjoying your company.

    No pets are allowed at this property. Maximum occupancy for this home is 10. Maximum 4 vehicles at any one time at this home. Hot Tub is not for guest use.

    Linens: Sheets, bath towel sets and arrival bedmaking service are all included with this rental. This DOES NOT include beach towels.

The house gave us plenty of space for everyone to enjoy, especially the family room downstairs for the kiddos to play. The deck gave us great views of lake Winnie @night. Plenty of space for all to relax by the lake, dock & firepit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience for my family with ages 11 months to 70 plus. We were looking for a location where the 9 of us could enjoy the water, activities at nearby amusements and a couple of dine outs. The house had plenty of room for us to spread out. Three floors with bedrooms on each gave us plenty of separation. The kitchen area was a little small but had all the dished and cooking utensils needed. There were several sitting areas near the water were the supervising adults could watch the younger ones play in the water. The beach area had a play area for building sand castles or for walking access for swimming. The dock was sturdy and provided great jumping into the water access for the youth. The rental company provided excellent support in setting up the rental as well as responding to any questions we had. The family recommends this location.
