Family Friendly Home on Lake Winnisquam

Enjoy NH's Lakes Region on Lake Winnisquam! This is a family friendly home. The property is located on a dead end road with very little traffic. Take your morning run or walk and enjoy your coffee on the front deck. There is a front yard to play and enjoy some outdoor activities with the family. The private shoreline is just a short walk from the home with access for kayaking and swimming with shallow sandy water. This is a very quiet and family friendly neighborhood. Plenty of parking.

Great location to relax in the lakes region and to get to other lake and white mountain locations. Young kids enjoyed swimming and getting to try kayaking. Local beach access rocky; recommend water shoes.

Had a great time

House is exactly as described. Great house and location for a 3 generation family vacation week. Only problem was that wash clothes are not included in the linen, which is pretty minor.

Winnisquam getaway

My family and I had a great time staying here. Plenty to do at the house with beautiful decks, games and a fire pit. We were able to swim across the street as well as a nice beach area 10 minutes away. Close to all the local attractions but also away from the business.

Stay at the lake

Great home and great managemet!

There was so much to do just between the beach across the street, and the area that surrounds the lakes! The owners left us plenty of water toys, canoes, kayaks, and the house was fully furnished with everything we could’ve needed! We can’t wait to go back!

Fun for everyone

Plenty of room inside and outside. We enjoyed sitting by the fire and cooking in the kitchen. Kids loved the double staircases.

Sweet weekend getaway!

We booked for our daughters 16th birthday and it was awesome. The place was pretty clean, the linens were freshly washed and smelled oh so good!!! The bathrooms were well stocked and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed! The stairs towards the back were a little scary for my 22 month old to go up, but she eventually figured it out. Plenty of TVs and space for people to spread out and hang. The beds were very comfortable. The deck was amazing, the lake view was blocked by trees, but you can still see it a little from the corner of the deck. We didn’t mind at all, it was so peaceful and quiet. A perfect weekend getaway! Will definitely book again.

Perfect weekend escape

Needed a place with something for everyone and found it right here. Enough space for 4 young teens to spread out In the house and do their own thing without annoying each other; between water sports, swimming, hiking and great nearby lakes/ shopping and restaurants . The house is clean and comfy and loaded with board games, good wifi, movies and a well equipped kitchen. Big fire pit outside and plenty of seating! A kayak and canoe for use in the beautiful crystal clean lake across the street! Get out there for a sunrise! Very helpful host who answered all my questions and gave us some terrific recommendations. Only suggestion might be a guidebook in the house with details around local grocery / where to buy wood/ hikes/ rentals etc...where to recycle/ wifi pswd/ what to do before you leave etc.... Sarah e mailed it ALL but a guestbook may be easier !! Great time- thanks!!

In NH, for jet ski , boats etc require license, which one must get if you planning. Nice are, good places to eat,
