âI've stayed in a few places in Meribel. This was one of the best. Rooms are quite small, but ours came with a balcony and nice bathroom. The hotel is opposite the main lifts in Meribel centre. The hotel also (and I would say unusually) has an amazing heated outdoor pool, with sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi (wasnt working). Breakfast was really good as well. Compared to other 3/4*'s in Meribel, this place was good value considering all the amenities. Will try and stay again if I go back to...
âNo towels and bed sheets provided whereas it should have. Poor communication. I was told towels and sheets would be delivered next day before noon, but was then told it is impossible!!!
Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furnitureâŠ

âI didnt recieve the key box code in time, was never told that towels and linen needed to be ordered , and the residence has no luggage or ski storage. I would avoid this apartment for ski vacations to Courchevel but the other residences managed by the building seem to be better managed with on site staff. â
âThe apartment was compact but contained everything needed to make the stay comfortable. The location with ski-in/ski-out is perfect. Eventhough the residence is large and quite worn, the location makes up for it. We had one night with lots of noice from the apartment above, but that seems to have been taken care of, since we did not hear a peep from there the rest of the stay. Several nice restaurants close by and a supermarket in the buidling and one larger just up the road.â
âNo bedding, no towels, it was not specified at hotelâs services description that I have to carry on my own.
Poor cleanliness.
Heating not operating, only two small electric heating elements available.
Bad smell in general, but specially coming from the bathroom.
The residence showed attentive to my complaints and kind in answering and understanding them in order to investigate and correct.â

âTook this just to have a place next to a worksite. Very bad management and wrongful advertisement. Place was full of hair on the floor, extremely dirty, smelly, with a bed that looks used and not changed.
Be careful! This same agency have other âstudio to be bookedâ in the region. All look like scam.
Didnât stay more than 5 minutes. Requested a reimbursement the next minute I left with picture attached. Shamelessly saying I canât have any reimbursement 5 days laterâŠ

âDisappointing
I would not return to this apartment. It was too small, the diswasher was broken, the equipment in the kitchen was old and some bits rusty. The sofa bed was torn, very uncomfortable and squeeky. The bathroom lights stopped working, the bathroom cupboard door was broken, the electric socket did not work and the sink was stained and dirty. We could not open the ski door locker so had to bring ski boots and ski's into the apartment. The pillows were not useable they were dirty...
