    WELCOME TO AMAZING TELCHAC!

Our house was selected on 2019 to feature as the Beach House for Airbnb International TV Ads. You will be staying at a house that is on TV and personally selected by AIRBNB!

Turixito, our family summer house is the best deal you'll get across the coast of Yucatán. Enjoy all-year long peace, quiet and comfort in the beautiful Peninsula.

If you are looking for a relaxing, upscale home this is for you. Arrange trips to local places and admire the beauty of nature with the nicest Mexican people in the small town of Telchac.

Don't settle for "near the beach".

    The Space:
Welcome to the BEST view of TELCHAC!

Enjoy the sunrise and sunset in the best location in the Yucatan Peninsula.

The house is located in the small fishing village of Telchac Puerto, very close to the local wharf and equipped with everything you need to have a joyful time.

This is by far the best deal you'll get in Telchac. This is our family summer house so we take special care of it and now we are happy to share with you.

No hidden-fees, NO TIPS, fill the fridge with your favorite drinks, don't pay extra :)

+ Feel free to cook your Mexican eggs for breakfast in a very modern and well equipped kitchen. (You might even arrange to go fishing in the morning with local fishers and cook at noon an amazing seafood cocktail).

This is a very small village with only local people, so it is highly recommended that you buy your groceries in Mérida or Cancún.

Instead of high-end restaurants you'll only find what the local community has to offer. Very nice locals!

    Guest Access:
Private pool bar. (Prepare your own drinks and enjoy a relaxing and amenable beach day by our pool).

Enjoy our third-floor terrace to enjoy the amazing sunset.

Top of the range Jetski available for rent @ 200 USD per day. See photos.

    The Neighborhood:
The neighbors are very friendly but are never here

    Getting Around:
There is public transport, but I advise you to have a car, or a bike.
    There are parking spaces available.

    Other Things to Note:
A short term rental agreement will be required to be signed by the guest.

Un contrato de rentas vacacionales será enviado al huésped después de reservar para su firma.

Please note that the photos were taken in August and while it's almost always very good to swim, the color of the sea changes throughout the year.

    Interaction with Guests:
I will be able to help you out with anything you need.

Great place

Overall we loved the place and property management were amazing. The only issue we had was the water kept turning off but Mauricio was amazing and was very attentive. So we weren’t long without it. Great place to stay. We’d definitely come back.

Great house Great location

House is very spacious much more than what you see in the pictures. Beach is nice with very few tourists or locals. feels almost private. A plus is that you can fish from the pier which is at walking distance. We enjoyed our time in Telchac.

Very spacious

The house and artwork were beautiful. The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable. We were two families and the kids really enjoyed the pool. The pool no longer has a fence around it and many of the rooms have been upgraded since the photos in this listing. There are no longer bunkbeds which was a disappointment for the kids. If you want to go on beach walks or runs, beware of stray dogs. We hired cooks which was amazing, but the cookware in the house was in really bad shape and had Teflon peeling off, which is disappointing. We were not able to sleep in the master bedroom as the wind made the glass slider rattle so loud you couldn’t sleep. We were here during March which is a windy time of year. I would definitely stay here again, but the place would be a lot more comfortable with some basic improvements.

Great location great beachfront

The beach house is a few blocks from Telchak pier, a few solid restaurants and small stores for last minute grocery buys which make this place very conveniently located. The house does look like what was pictures but I can see where the salt water has taken it’s toll. The washer was used once and it leaked water making a mess. The dryer worked perfectly. All the bedroom were clean and well air conditioned as was the downstairs living and kitchen (extremely important in the hot months). The property manager (Mauricio) was very helpful. He brought over a replacement coffee maker since the two that were at the house were not functioning. All in all it was a very nice stay.

Super recomendable
