Flexible timing can be arranged upon request. 2️⃣ Electricity is not included in the booking price. The electric meter will be read upon check-in and check-out. For a more accurate reading, please take a photo of the meter at check-in and send it via Airbnb. Electricity charges are 3.5 pesos per kilowatt, and payment must be made in cash, in pesos. 3️⃣ A security deposit of $300 USD for damages and electricity usage will be held by Airbnb and refunded to you upon successful check-out. 4️⃣ A minimum stay of 2 nights is required. 5️⃣ Smoking inside the house is prohibited. Smoking is allowed in the pool area and outdoors. 6️⃣ Pets are not allowed.
