This three-bedroom home in Cumbres Novonorte, in the Conkal area near Mérida, gives your group a place to settle into its own routine. The private backyard brings together a pool, lawn, and shaded seating, while the interiors pair warm wood accents with a comfortable living area and a kitchen ready for meals at home.

YOUR OWN OUTDOOR SPACE
The backyard pool is exclusively for your guests. Spend time in the water, stretch out on a lounger, or take a seat under the covered terrace. The fully fenced garden gives you a separate outdoor space to enjoy throughout your stay.

THREE BEDROOMS, SIX GUESTS
Each of the three bedrooms has one double bed, with linens provided. Two full bathrooms have showers, and towels and bathroom essentials are included.

COOK, GATHER, STAY A WHILE
Make breakfast before heading out or bring ingredients home for dinner. The kitchen includes a gas stove, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, blender, cookware, dishes, and wine glasses. The dining table seats six, and the living room has a sectional sofa and TV for evenings in.

HOUSE RULES & ARRIVAL
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m.; checkout is by 11:00 a.m. The primary renter must be at least 18. Maximum occupancy is six guests. Children of all ages are welcome. No events or smoking. One pet of any type or size is welcome; a pet fee applies.

Guests must present ID to community security on arrival. Please look after the community entry pass; replacement of a lost pass costs MXN 2,000. White towels are for the pool; colored towels are for bathroom use.
