The Space:

The house has 3 fully equipped bedrooms, each with a king bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, blackout curtains, and a private bathroom. The third bedroom is located in the garden, with independent access, a private bathroom, and a unique connection to the outdoor space — ideal for anyone in the group who prefers a little more privacy.

The heart of the home is its interior courtyard with an exclusive-use private pool, surrounded by a garden and shaded area perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the city. You won't share it with anyone else.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, and everything you need to prepare your meals. The indoor dining area seats all 6 guests comfortably.

You'll also enjoy a living room with TV, high-speed WiFi throughout the entire house, a dedicated workspace, and a washing machine — great for longer stays.



Guest Access:

You'll have exclusive access to the entire property: all 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, garden, and private pool. You won't share any space with other guests during your stay.

Check-in is fully self-guided using a lockbox code, which you'll receive by message a few hours before your arrival. No need to wait for anyone or coordinate arrival times — you're free to check in whenever works best for you, within the stated hours.

The Barrio de Santiago is one of Mérida's most charming traditional neighborhoods: quiet streets lined with colonial houses, lush trees, local plazas, and an authentic everyday life that few tourists ever get to experience.

· Mercado Lucas de Gálvez: 15 minutes

Getting Around:

Mérida is an easy and very accessible city to get around:



🚶 On foot: the historic center and main markets are less than 15 minutes away on foot. Sunday evenings the Zócalo comes alive with music and local life — absolutely worth the walk.



🚖 Taxi & Uber: available 24 hours a day at very affordable rates. City center: $40–60 MXN · Paseo de Montejo: $60–80 MXN · Airport: $150–200 MXN approximately.



🚲 Bicycle: Mérida has dedicated bike lanes and the city is relatively flat. Rental bikes are available just a few minutes from the house — a great way to explore the center at your own pace.



🚗 By car: the house has unrestricted street parking. If you're planning day trips to Chichén Itzá (2 hrs), Uxmal (1 hr), or the beaches of Progreso (45 min), having your own car is by far the most comfortable and flexible option.
