âThis place made our stay in Merida the best ever! We had a room with a private patio that was superb. It was spacious, the cleanliness was unparalleled, the room had everything you could need-fresh towels and room service every day, tv, blanket, toiletries, coffee AND homemade complimentary cookies! The staff and owners are AMAZING! They will be sure you have the best experience. We had breakfast, dinner and drinks at the restaurant downstairs EVERY night and the food WILL NOT disappoint! OMG!...

âVery nice place. Large rooms, simple but good breakfast, friendly staff and a beautiful patio. We had booked a king size bed but got two separated queen sized beds, so contact the hotel to make sure you get the room you booked. Ask the staff for a tour and they'll tell you the history of the buildings. The Hacienda VIP, which is located next door, has a bit fancier rooms, but we prefered the Hacienda since it felt a bit more homy and a little less quiet (even though it was very quiet too).â

The place itself is nice, well decorated. My room was of regular size, with a nice shower. It was very clean and quiet, as it was quite far from the street. AC was working very well, WIFI was good too. You can start your day with a nice coffee made by the owner, and a croissant or some sort of...
