“Perfect for a short stay.”

“The walkway from the entrance of the hotel to the reception was appealing. The hotel property filled with Japanese theme was a good sight and experience. The hot spring makes the stay even more worth it. All the amenities was spacious. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. ”

“Room was clean; bed and pillows comfortable. King size room was good size. The safe didn’t work nor the fan in the bathroom. Wish they had filtered water avail. Tap from the bath only.”

“Clean room, breakfast was great and gym and pool is also nice. However there is no microwave in the room, there is only one in the lobby. Adequate pillows however it's too soft and flat, feels like you don't have a pillow. I also didn't like that there is a parking fee in this hotel.”

“It was okey but i didnt like that in the app when i reserved it said free breakfast and when i got their they try to charged me for the breakfast when it said it was a free breakfast ???? Also the first lady when my husband arriving and trying to to check in cause i was arriving later she was very rude and not very polite made my two sons and my husband feel very uncomfortable..!! Something i did not like cause when i call i heard her how she was talking to my son and it was very unprofessional...

“Wonderful hotel and staff! Clean and included many amenities many other hotels so not have my next trip will definitely include booking with Residence! ”

“Breakfast selection were not great. Not as good as last time we stayed. They ran out of items as well as tableware and dishes. Very surprising for this hotel. But staff is friendly and helpful. They just need more help. Location is excellent and rooms are comfortable. Night desk staff was very helpful with a temperamental printer. I will stay there again. ”

“Breakfast was better than typical continental breakfasts. The beds are mediocre, not horrible not great. The most bothersome thing was that the bathroom area smelled bad like cigarette smoke even though the whole hotel was supposed to be smoke free. There were also a couple of days of our three that we stayed where our whole room smelled like cigarette smoke. For this reason alone, we won’t stay there again.”

“Clean and very Quiet place family friendly”

“Stayed here for 2 days came in my hotel and the window screen was broke, the TV was broke, and the front door would not shut it stayed open all 2 nights. Staff was terrible they never helped out and they are very rude and disrespectful! I would not recommend this hotel to stay at.”

However, upon arrival, I wasn’t informed that I would be placed in a room with only 1 bed and a sofa bed. “Loved this hotel. As a single female traveler, I felt very safe and secure. The location was incredibly convenient for the Hillsboro-Beaverton area, only about 15 minutes from downtown Portland by car, with the MAX Light Rail nearby as well. “The property was in great condition. The rooms and beds were comfortable. The lobby and outdoor spaces are quote nice for this tier of hotel. No issues with our stay. We didn't eat the breakfast so no review there. ”
