Kopparhytt - Amish Crafted Log Cabin

Den nya kopparhytten tänker på ord som "varm, tyst, fredlig och färgstark." Vi kunde sätta det här tillsammans igen med hjälp av familj och vänner som hjälpte oss att visa sina skatter och med den lokala Amish som hjälpte oss att skapa och bygga den.

Kopparhytten rymmer 10 personer. 2 sovrum på bottenvåningen och 3 extra sängar i stort loftområde, 2 fulla badkar (med Jeffs anpassade duschkabin på övervåningen!), Komplett kök med alla köksredskap, kabel-tv, täckt veranda, uteplats, brandplats, kolgrill.
Vi är tuckade tillbaka i skogen, så du är mer benägna att se en hjort eller kalkon än en annan person! Men vi är bara några minuter från hela området att erbjuda: hundratals miles av ATV spår, fiske, båtliv, vandring, golf. Det finns året runt lokala evenemang, mässor och loppmarknader, som Strawberry Fest på sommaren, Tranbär Fest i höst och många fler däremellan. Ett lokalt bryggeri, vingård, utmärkta lokala restauranger och bra gammaldags service!

The cabin was very cute and clean, well furnished and the layout was perfect! We appreciated the toaster and coffee maker for breakfast. We spent the majority of our time on the UTV trails. The location of the cabin was great for trail access. There was plenty of parking for 2 vehicles and trailers. We would definitely recommend for small group or families.The only negative was the creaky floor in the loft.

Great trip. Clean cabin that was close proximity to everything we wanted to do. Rented side x sides and kayaks from Webb’s rental in Hatfield. Weather was great and cabin was fantastic. Five beds for 5 guys. Nobody had to share. Huge selling point for us.

Great little cabin! I think a few small changes would really make this place feel more comfortable- several of the lights don’t work and the light bulbs were all different temperatures and it was offputting. Replacing them with the same kind would really help. Better blankets and pillows. Overall it was a great value and we appreciated the well stocked kitchen.

Quiet and Peaceful

Really enjoyed our time at the Copper Cabin. It had all that we needed. Close to restaurants, nature and perfect spot to visit our extended family in the area. We flew in to the Twin Cities from NYC and the drive was so easy. We will definitely be back.

Quaint, comfortable cabin

This is a perfect place for my group of friends to stay for a weekend of bumming around the area. It is not luxurious, but very quiet and comfortable. The beds are comfortable and communication with the host was excellent. We have stayed here before and will stay here again!

Great place to stay just a few things could make it better

We absolutely loved this cabins. Loved the location. Loved how it’s set back in the woods. Loved how it was just a quick little atv ride into town where there are places to eat, drink, get fuel, and all that good stuff. Really enjoyed the log cabin feel to this cabin! All our friends really liked it. Having Satellite TV was a huge plus when I wasn’t feeling so good and decided just to lay around the cabin. The showers were great, I loved the upstairs shower! There are just 2 things that my entire group agreed on that could make this cabin ALOT better. 1) the beds could really be updated. They arnt very comfortable and 2) for the price of this cabin I would expect some WiFi but I will say the cell service at the cabin was great! Great stay! my group and myself will be back !!

Friends Trip

Beautiful location, very clean, great parking for truck and trailers, Would stay again. My tips to others… in summer bring fans (no ceiling fans). Only downfall would be the septic Did give off a smell ever now and then, you would notice when sitting by the fire pit.

Great family house!

We really enjoyed our stay! This house is nestled outside of Hatfield with plenty of privacy. Our kids enjoyed the large yard and the upstairs loft of the house. The property is right on the UTV/ATV trails which was very convenient for us. The house is stocked with many household items, which made making meals easier. I would highly recommend this house to others.

Private, quiet and neat cabin

Very nice cabin off the road far enough to be very quiet and private. Since there were only 2 couples and beds were small, we each took one . Started a fire in the outdoor firepit most evenings which was very relaxing after riding trails during the day. Wish there has been windows to open upstairs instead of running the air conditioner which wasn't needed while we were there as temps were nice in the evenings. Very clean, and interesting decor. Would stay there again. Neighborhood seemed nice, but we were there only during the week, and no weekends. Road UTV/ATV's from the cabin on access roads to get to trails.
